Saber Interactive has released a new patch for Bus Bound, fixing quite a few bugs while also revealing some of its plans for upcoming content and DLC for the transportation simulator.
To start with, the bug fixes in the Bus Bound patch were separated into different groups: steering wheels, gameplay, buses, traffic and events, visuals, roads, settings, stability fixes, localization, and modkit. A full list of everything that was resolved in this patch can be found here, though there are several fixes that players will probably notice once they update the game.
For starters, the nighttime map exposure was adjusted, which gets rid of the total darkness at night. Additionally, AI vehicles have been updated to drive more naturally, which should also cause fewer traffic jams.
There’s also a new workaround if MFG isn’t working. Players can use DLSS – Frame Generation Mode in the Nvidia app (on 50xx GPUs) to fix it. If players can’t use DLSS – Frame Generation Mode, they can enable Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling in the PC’s graphics settings.
Saber Interactive also shared that it’s working on the first DLC, “Let’s Ride! Bus Pack,” which will include two buses from Rise. Additionally, there are plans to add settings for having the mirror always be on or off, the option to display speeds in KMH, the ability to save driver’s seat adjustments, and the option to run the next line with the same bus without having to head back to the office.
Bus Bound was released less than a month ago on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
