Contrail announced the release date of its upcoming Dassault Falcon 50 business jet for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 and MSFS 2020.
The aircraft will release on Contrail’s own store on Thursday, June 25. It’ll be priced at “32.99 EUR excl. VAT, roughly 39 USD”
It’s worth mentioning that for now, the release is for the PC versions of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 and MSFS 2020, but it’ll also come to the official marketplace and Xbox at some point this year. As usual, a release on PS5 depends primarily on Microsoft itself.
We also learned that in terms of avionics, you can expect the common EFIS upgrade, including a digital Collins 85C EFIS paired with a Garmin MX20 MFD and a GNS-XLS Flight Management Computer.
The developers also decided to give the flight deck a lived-in feel instead of texturing it with a spotless finish that would be seen in a new aircraft fresh from the showroom. 18 liveries will be included.
The aircraft has been in development for two and a half years, so its release is quite a milestone for its creators.
Below, you can enjoy a trailer and a full introductory flight that you can use to learn to fly the aircraft before it drops later this week.
