Heatblur Provides Update and Video About the Rafale for DCS World
Heatblur Simulations provided a development update and a video about the upcoming Dassault Rafale for DCS World.
You can watch the video on Facebook and read the statement below.
“Together with JFEXP ( JET FIGHTER EXPERIENCE) and Fly and Fight, our teams continue to progress on the officially licensed Dassault DCS Rafale!
We’ve hit several key milestones over the past months, including much of the initial weapons capability. One of these has been short range air to air weapons systems, which you can see below.
Maneuverability, combined with powerful missiles in the form of the MICA and a powerful HUD + HMD combine to make the Rafale a beast in short range air to air engagements. As part of this milestone, we’ve also introduced a new system for simulating touch screen displays and associated functionality, as the Rafale relies heavily on a touch screen based man-machine interface system, a first for DCS World. Stay tuned for more as the Rafale takes shape!”
