Today, Orbx released Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (KATL) in Georgia, US, for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.
The add-on, developed from the ground up over two and a half years by solo creator Matteo Veneziani, portrays the busiest airports in the world, including one of the largest.
You can find it on Orbx Direct for $29.99, and it’ll be released on the official marketplace soon.
Despite the magnitude of the airport and the fact that it was created by a single person, it comes with an extreme level of detail, as you can see in our walkthrough video of the beta version.
Of course, it includes all of the concourses, the maintenance areas, the general aviation and cargo aprons, and even goes a bit beyond the airport’s borders with the Delta Museum and Renaissance Hotel.
Funnily, Matteo decided to include a fully rendered room of the Renaissance hotel, with furniture and all, that you can reach via an elevator in walkaround mode, to enjoy some planespotting as you would do in the real world.
Here’s what you can expect from the scenery, a trailer, and a sizable gallery of screenshots for your perusal.
