Flight Sim Labs Shows More of its Airbus A321 for Microsoft Flight Simulator

Today Flight Sim Labs provided two more videos showcasing the Airbus A321 coming for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

The first shows more icing and a Windows Heat failure. We get to see how icing forms on the ice-detecting rod and then on the windscreen due to a failure on that side.

The second video shows the Minimum Equipment List (MEL) and Techlog features available on the EFB, on top of the possibility of getting the GPS jammed in certain locations of the world based on real life data.

Interestingly, we also get to see that the circuit breakers are interactable.

It’s worth mentioning that you’ll have to click on the links to check out the videos. For some reason Flight Sim Labs disabled the ability to embed them.

Global AI Ship Traffic Starts Testing for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024

The developers of the popular Global AI Ship Traffic add-on mentioned on the FSDeveloper forums that testing with Microsoft Flight Simulator using live traffic data with the add-on’s models has begun.

They’re hopeful to launch before or around Christmas, and above you can see the testing results, including a glitch in which ships should have been moored in parallel but spawned intersected.

Kennedy Space Center for Microsoft Flight Simulator and 2024 Announced

RedWing Simulations revealed its Kennedy Space Center add-on for Microsoft Flight Simulator and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. It’ll come “very soon” on the official marketplace.

It’s worth mentioning that the scenery for the NASA Shuttle Landing Facility (KTTS) has already been released a while ago on the marketplace by the same developer.

Xichang Qingshan Airport Released for Microsoft Flight Simulator

Nicohu Studio released Xichang Qingshan Airport (ZUXC) in China, making it available on Simmarket for $12.58.

  • Modeling of the terminal, tower and other buildings based on satelite and real photos(thanks for the picture probvided by ISSAC and Internet), including the interior modeling of the terminal.
  • Manual created runway and taxiway, include custom runway edge light, custom taxiway edge light
  • Moedels  use a lot of PBR texture.
  • Custom Jetway.
  • Custom ground lines and textures.
  • Offical GSX Profile.
  • ZUXC is a public airport, you can use navigraph for route plans and charts.
