E-Jets, Boeing 727, and Tecnam P2012 Traveller for MSFS 2024 and MSFS 2020 Get Development Updates

FlightSim Studio provided a development update about all of its aircraft.

According to the developer, the Embraer E-Jets are close to feature complete and almost ready for the 1.0 release, but two areas remain pending. The first is WASM crashes, and the second is the autopilot.

The autopilot logic is being rewritten from the ground up without dependency on the default MSFS autopilot logic. This will take some time, but after that, the aircraft will be released as version 1.0, and the developer will then focus on a MSFS 2024 native version.

Work has started on a native MSFS 2024 of the Boeing 727 family. It’ll include new textures, an updated 3D model, and several technical improvements.

The ADV version with auxiliary tanks is planned for addition and will become the new base for the Super 27. No timeline has been shared for this.

The Tecnam P2012 Traveller v2 is taking longer than expected as the developer is working on including the new VIP version. The update will include several features for MSFS 2024: the native EFB, walkaround mode, partial career mode compatibility, 3D passengers, and different cargo types.

A big sound update will also be implemented, and you’ll get passenger, cargo, VIP, special mission, and skydiver versions. The aircraft is in beta and “close to the finish line.”

The Tecnam P2006T will also get a V2 version with MSFS 2024 native features.

A new project will be announced at FSExpo in June.
