Roadcraft update 2.0 introduces several new features and addresses numerous bugs and technical issues based on user feedback received since the simulator’s official release in May 2025. First off, there are three heavy-duty SAR-class recovery vehicles and a versatile classic scout transporter, making for a total of four new vehicles:

  • SAR Nota Allegro
  • SAR Step 39331 “Pike”
  • SAR Mule T1
  • Tuz 119 “Lynx” with trailer

Roadcraft 2.0 also introduces a photo mode, allowing you to shoot and customize your trucks and locations using a variety of unique filters and features to truly capture the glory and power of your machines. Other notable changes include updated on/off functionality for engines, improved quick player marker placement, and reduced rainfall occurrences.

On the technical side of the update, the team has integrated Intel XeSS upscaling technology, added Full Frame Generation support with x2/x3/x4 scaling options, and implemented Steam Input support. You can view a full list of other tweaks and bug fixes in the full patch notes here.

Roadcraft is now available for Xbox Series X|S, PS5, and PC (Steam), starting at a price point of $39.99. A new DLC is also planned for 2025 as part of the Rebuild Expansion and will feature two new maps, each filled with extra missions, activities, and utility vehicles.
