Today, Silver Lining Interactive revealed that the physical edition of House Flipper Remastered Collection is coming to PS5 on October 2, 2026.
Silver Lining Interactive will develop House Flipper Remastered Collection in collaboration with Frozen Way and Frozen District, and will include the base game and 10 expansions on a single disc. Pre-orders are available now for $49.99.
Unlike a standard port, the Remastered Collection is designed as a comprehensive package celebrating the history of the original House Flipper. The physical release includes the remastered base game alongside 10 expansions, all included on a single disc with no additional downloads or voucher codes required.

Players can renovate properties, transform neglected interiors, tackle garden projects, and take on a variety of themed renovation jobs across the collection’s extensive lineup of content.
The announcement follows the strong response to the collection’s initial reveal, with the physical PS5 release positioned as the definitive way for fans to experience the original simulation’s extensive catalog.
The series began with House Flipper back in 2018, tasking players with turning a profit on run-down properties by cleaning them up, knocking down walls, installing furniture, repainting rooms, and ultimately selling their finished projects. The franchise eventually evolved into House Flipper 2, which introduced a new generation of renovation tools, improved visuals, and additional building and decorating options.
Rather than simply replacing its predecessor, the sequel complemented the original game’s extensive catalog of expansions, leaving the first House Flipper with a substantial legacy of its own. The House Flipper Remastered Collection originally released on June 4, 2026, for PC via Steam, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
