The gaming industry has delivered some more gaming news today, including the release date for Armatus, new cosmetic DLC for Anno 117: Pax Romana, and a new story trailer for Personal 4 Revival.

Roguelite Shooter Armatus Releases in January
Today during the Xbox at Gamescom broadcast, it was announced that Armatus, a third-person roguelite shooter, will release on January 7, 2027.
Set in the demon-infested ruins of Paris, Armatus lets players take control of the last supernatural warrior of an ancient order in search of a lost gateway to heaven called the Sunless Gate. With threats lurking in every corner, players use powerful firearms and celestial powers to fight demonic hordes through city streets and catacombs.

Anno 117: Pax Romana Echoes of Kassandra DLC out September 17
Anno 117: Pax Romana will be getting a new cosmetic DLC pack on September 17 called Echoes of Kassandra. This DLC is in collaboration with Assassin’s Creed Odyssey and includes themed city ornaments, skins, character portraits, music, and customization options inspired by Kassandra’s world.
In addition to the cosmetic DLC, Ubisoft has shared more information on Dawn of the Delta, which is the game’s third expansion and launches this November. Dawn of the Delta introduces the new province of Aegyptus as well as new residents, production chains, technologies, and deities.

Persona 4 Revival Gets New Story Trailer
Sega and Atlus used their opportunity at Xbox at Gamescom to spotlight a new story trailer for Persona 4 Revival, a full remake of Persona 4 Golden. The trailer focuses on the dark mysteries of the rural Japanese town of Inaba, where an urban legend known as the Midnight Channel spreads.
After the broadcast, P-Studio Director Kazuhisa Wada shared insights about the development of the game, noting that both new and returning players have been kept in mind. The most recent episode of the Official Xbox Podcast, which aired today, features Wada as a guest and goes more in-depth about Persona 4 Revival.
