Flight Simulation developers shared some interesting news today, including a new look at a highly anticipated business jet for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 and 2020 and the tease of Tokyo’s Haneda Airport which is also coming to X-Plane.

Bombardier Challenger 350 For Microsoft Flight Simulator Gets New Screenshots

FlightFX released a new batch of screenshots of the flight deck of its upcoming Bombardier Challenger 350 for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

It comes with textures and even noise-cancellation headsets.

Tokyo Haneda International Airport Teased for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 and X-Plane

Axonos teased a new airport coming for both Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 and X-Plane with pictures of two of its vehicles. It’s obviously Tokyo Haneda International Airport (RJTT).

It’s the second in the works for Microsoft’s platform, as the Japanese developer Technobrain is also working on a rendition.

Orcas Island Airport Released for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024

Orbx released a Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 of its Orcas Island Airport (KORS) in Washington, United States. It’s available on Orbx Direct for $11.77.

It includes the following features.

  • Charming bespoke details
  • Completely new weather-influenced ground polygon
  • Sloped runway and elevated taxiways
  • Complete dynamic & emissive night lighting

 Anacortes Airport Released for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024

We stay in Washington State with Anacortes Airport (74S IATA code, it actually doesn’t have an ICAO code), available on Orbx Direct for $11.77.

It includes the following features.

  • A successful continuation of the series of VFR airfields in the Pacific Northwest
  • Complete dynamic & emissive night lighting
  • Full PBR UHD texturing
  • Incredibly detailed, high-definition rendition

X-Plane 12 Update 12.1.4 Contents Teased

Laminar Research provided a summary teasing the upcoming 12.1.4 minor update for X-Plane 12.

It’ll include “refreshed” flight lesson with creator Austin Meyer, a new demo area in Salzburg with updated LOWS airport, new landmarks, new physics based cameras, a new gateway cut, ATC fixes, and minor G1000 improvements.
