Giants Software has announced the Beans and Alpacas Expansion for Farming Simulator 25, which will bring a brand new South American farming region, Catuaí, new animals, crops, over 25 new machines, and more.
The new region, Catuaí, is set at the base of mountains with dense vegetation. There’s also a river based on the Amazon flowing nearby, which makes the region incredibly humid and affects the type of crops that thrive.
The architecture is based on Brazilian architecture, with colorful stilt houses, narrow roads, and plantations nearby. There are also six new houses with fully furnished interiors and environment-specific placeables. There are even dinosaur bones that landscapers can discover and show off in a museum.
Coffee beans are the perfect crop in this environment, and alpacas thrive alongside new Brahman cows. There are also new production chains and products to optimize profits from the new animals and crops.
The adorable alpacas can also be led around on a leash, which increases their happiness.
There are over 25 new machines that are coming with the Farming Simulator 25 Beans and Alpacas expansion, including makers like Case IH, Ford, John Deere, Kuhn, Mercedes-Benz trucks, New Holland, Oxbo, Stara, and Valtra. Additionally, Colombo Industries will join the roster as a new brand.
The expansion also comes with new sugarcane effects and foliage, better animals and visual effects for ground tools, and more detailed fieldwork.
