Boeing 757 for Microsoft Flight Simulator Shows Systems in Extensive Video; Won’t Release in Q1

BlueBird Simulations released an extensive video showcasing a work-in-progress version of the Boeing 757, focusing on its systems. Of course, they’re not finished, but they’re certainly promising.

The developer mentions that the aircraft doesn’t have a release date yet. An internal timeline exists, but it’s not ready to be made public. They will announce the release date when they’re within two weeks and are sure that the aircraft is ready. It won’t be in Q1 2025, and before that happens, they want to go through three phases of testing,

Dallas Fort Worth Airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 and 2020 Available for Preorders

In a rather unorthodox move, Imaginesim opened pre-orders for its Dallas Forth Worth (KDFW) Airport in the United States. You can pre-order the airport at the developer’s store for £24.99.

Those who pre-order will get early access to the beta planned for Q1 2025 rather than wait for the release in Q2.

  • Five highly detailed terminals (and a construction site for a sixth).
  • Extensive cargo operator facilities.
  • Fantastic performance with comprehensive optimization.
  • High definition building texturing.
  • Fluid usage, even with complex airliner cockpits and high density AI coverage.
  • Custom SafeGateTM Visual Docking Guidance (VDGS).
  • Interactive bespoke jetways and animations.
  • Instantaneous scenery cache loading and low simulator impact.
  • Utilizes imaginesim’s bespoke Operations Center configuration GUI.
