Hong Kong City Times 2026 Released for MSFS 2024 and MSFS 2020

SamScene3D released the new iteration of its Hong Kong scenery, Hong Kong City Times 2026, and it’s a massive upgrade.

It includes the following:

  • Approximately 600 custom building models
  • Around 300 additional models compared with the original version
  • More than 100 existing models reworked
  • Upgraded texture quality on almost all models
  • Thousands of autogen buildings enhanced using AI-assisted techniques
  • More landmarks added throughout Hong Kong
  • Enhanced night lighting and visual effects
  • Improved city coverage, detail, and atmosphere
  • Optimized models for better frame-rate performance
  • Expanded and improved LOD implementation
  • Compatible with Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024
  • Toggleable Kai Tak redevelopment area
  • Toggleable iniBuilds HK POI compatible option
  • Flexible compatibility with third-party Kai Tak Airport add-ons
  • Detailed cityscape during both daytime and nighttime flights

It’s available on Orbx Direct and Contrail for approximately $21. If you own the previous version, you can upgrade for $15.

Bell P39 Airacobra Announced for MSFS

Aeroplane Heaven announced a rendition for MSFS of the WWII fighter Bell P39 Airacobra.

It’s still a work in progress, and the developers don’t know whether it will be released before or after the B-17, which suffered a development setback.
