A new trailer dropped for Progress Orders, the upcoming RPG from the talented Yoshifumi Hashminoto, who’s produced all of the Rune Factory games and several Harvest Moon and Story of Seasons games, including Story of Seasons: A Trio of Towns and Harvest Moon DS.
While the Progress Orders trailer is in Japanese, players can get a look at several gameplay aspects. This includes combat, farming, fishing, and even spending time with companions.
The protagonist takes on the role of a guild master in a search for their grandfather. While initially just working at the guild, the player undergoes a ritual that lets them see and hear through the eyes of other people. This seemingly propels them to become Guild Master.
When it comes to combat, players can either let their companions duke it out themselves or step in to manually lead them. The trailer shows a bit of what this combat will look like, and it’s pretty standard for dungeon-crawling JRPGs.
Besides leading their companions through combat, players can use the Garden, Item Shop, Blacksmith, and other guild facilities to prepare for adventure.
Players will also grow closer to their guild members, which includes three men and three women. They’ll learn more about each character’s backstory while also getting closer to a chosen favorite partner.

Progress Orders is the result of work between Hashimoto-san and Bushiroad. This isn’t the first time the two have collaborated, either. They also created Elrentaros Wanderings, an ARPG that was released last year.
Progress Orders will be released on April 10, 2025, on PC and Nintendo Switch.
