Indie developer S-Grade Games has announced Picker Magnate Simulator, a life simulator where players will build and run their own junk resale company.
Picker Magnate Simulator is a single-player life simulator, so players will build their resale empire while also living their lives.
On the shop simulation side, players will have full management of their store, designing the layout, choosing the stock, hiring workers, and using their profits to grow and expand.
Players will have options when it comes to what they sell, choosing to go with quantity over quality or find special, unique pieces to stock their shops with. Players can also repair what they find themselves or outsource it. They’ll also be able to buy their own transport vehicles instead of paying for hauling.
Additionally, players will be able to craft items themselves and sell them at a higher price as an artisan.
Part of what makes Picker Magnate Simulator stand out is its RPG progression system. This will let players level up their stats like strength, speed, and bargaining so that they can do things like negotiate better prices and carry more.
Picker Magnate Simulator is set to release in Q4 of 2026 on PC with support for 30 languages on day one. This isn’t the first simulation game from S-Grade Games — the solo developer also released Trailer Park Tycoon: Raccoon Ranch and Dog Brew.
