Today the Flight Simulation Association made attendee registration for the 2025 edition of FlightSimExpo available.
The event will be hosted at the Rhode Island Convention Center in Providence, Rhode Island, between June 27 and June 29, 2025.
If you want to attend, you can go to the dedicated registration page and pick the option that best fits your needs.
The first 250 Flight Simulation Association captains can register for $50 and then $64 after the early bird availability runs out. Those who have a free FSA account can get their ticket for $72, while general admission is priced at $80.
If you can’t attend in person, $15 will give you access to all the livestreamed panels and seminars, including on-demand recordings after the fact.
Friday, June 27 will focus on announcements and reveals from flight simulation developers, followed by a Welcome Reception. The following two days will provide access to the over 85,000-square-foot exhibit grounds with plenty of booths hosting developers and hardware manufacturers, on top of seminars and panels.
An initial list of sponsors and exhibitors will be shared in March 2025.
This follows the 2024 edition hosted in Las Vegas, which saw over 2,400 flight simulation enthusiasts in attendance.
Travel and accommodation recommendations and discounts are available on the Flight Simulation Association website.
If you’re unfamiliar with the FSA, it’s an organization dedicated to promotion and education within the Flight Simulation genre. You can enjoy the panel the association hosted during which we discussed Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 with other journalists and content creators.
