Center Mass: Streets of Ramadi places players into the boots of an elite sniper, tasking them with using real-world sniper mechanics to complete missions inspired by SEAL scenarios and training, which are set in numerous authentic locations that can be found in real life. The developers even worked with Brandon Webb, former SEAL Sniper course Head Instructor, in the hopes of building an experience for players who demand realism and challenge without losing focus on accessibility.

To show off a bit of that realism, Maximum Entertainment Game Director Solo broke down some info in a short video, explaining how you’ll need to factor in everything from wind direction to distance to make the perfect shot. You can check out the official trailer and dev explainer for yourself down below:

The game will be set in the city of Ramadi, Al-Anbar province of Iraq, featuring plenty of realistic environments, ranging from urban enclaves to open farmland terrains. Using these unique locals, you can recreate record-breaking shots, improve your tactical efficiency, and unlock new weapon systems, attachments, and equipment, allowing you to customize your loadout to whatever the situation requires.

You’ll also be able to hop in with friends, letting you become each other’s spotters so that you can communicate, strategize, and dominate the battlefield. At the moment, there is no release date set for Center Mass: Streets of Ramadi. All that we currently know is that it will be released on PC via Steam, as no other platforms have been mentioned.
