Imaginesim released another screenshot of its work-in-progress Indira Gandhi International Airport (VIDP) serving New Delhi in India.
This time around, we get to see the ATC towers and the adjoining offices.
Tucson City Landmarks Released for MSFS 2024 and MSFS 2020













Ironsim releasd a new set of landmarks for the city of Tucson in Arizona.
It’s available for both MSFS 2024 and MSFS 2020 on Simmarket. It includes the following features.
- 150+ handcrafted buildings and structures
- Extensive recreation of the University of Arizona campus
- Detailed custom 3D models with high-resolution PBR textures
- Custom night lighting
- Accurate real-world placement
- Optimized models and LODs for simulator performance
- Enhanced Tucson skyline and VFR visual references
X-Plane 12 Reveals Update 12.4.4 Features



X-Plane 12 will soon get update 12.4.4 and Laminar Research is showcasing some of its features.
First of all, the sim will get persistent, regionalised snow coverage driven by live weather, depicted with varying depths based on the user’s location.
The Weather Radar will feature live weather again thanks to a dedicated fix, and NEXRAD will feature a voxel depiction on the X1000 avionics package.
The weather radar and NEXRAD will show a wider range of colors and the X1000 will get radial sweep/distortion improving the noise depiction of its weather radar.
To explain what that means, a weather radar doesn’t produce a perfectly sharp picture. It sweeps outward from the aircraft in narrow beams, measuring how strongly precipitation reflects the radar signal. That causes results to appear slightly stretched along the direction of the radar beam, giving the display that characteristic distorted radial appearance while still providing a readable picture of the weather and potential hazards.
