Bandai Namco released a new trailer of the upcoming flight shooter Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theve, focusing on the story.
We get quite a few hints at the overall narrative of the game, which appears to be interesting and full of mysteries.
We also meet the rich cast of characters, friend and foe. One thing is for sure: the trailer is really epic, as you would expect from an Ace Combat game.

Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theve will release on October 2, 2026, for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S, following the announcement from a few months ago. It’s the latest installment of the popular Ace Combat franchise, which culminated a few years ago with Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown, which has broken all sales records for the series by shipping over 7 million units, after a period in which it remained dormant.
