Sony Interactive Entertainment aired its latest PlayStation State of Play, focusing on the games coming to PS5 in the short and medium term.
Of course, in this multiplatform world, there’s plenty of news for gamers on other platforms as well, although Sony is always eager to try and hide that detail during its broadcasts.
Without further ado, here’s a handy recap if you weren’t able to enjoy the State of Play as it happened.
We start with an extensive gameplay look at Marvel’s Wolverine by Insomniac Games.
The game is coming to PS5 on September 15, 2026. Pre-orders will open today.
We move on to Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls, by Arc System Works, showing Dr. Doom. Magneto, the Goblin, and Carnage, forming the Knights of Doom team.
The game is coming to PlayStation 5 and PC on August 6, 2026.
Next, we get the return of Rayman with Rayman Legends Retold, coming on October 1, 2026, on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2.
Dave the Diver developer Mintrocket presented Bancho the Chef, currently in development for PS5 and PC.
Next is Ikumi Nakamura’s Unseen with Kemuri: Hunt the Unseen, which is coming for PS5 in 2027.
We then move on to Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis by Crystal Dynamics and Flying Wild Hog, coming to PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PS5 on February 12, 2017.
Next, from Great Ape Games, we get to see The Lost Wild, coming in 2027 for PS5 and PC.
The next item on the menu was Phantom Blade Zero, which is coming on October 29, 2026, for PC and PS5, with gameplay and a story deep dive coming in late summer.
We learn that Funcom’s Dune: Awakening is coming to PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. It’ll also get a single-player mode at the same time on September 22, 2026.
Dynasty Warriors 3: Complete Edition Remastered was showcased next by Koei Tecmo. It’s coming on October 1, 2026 for PC, Xbox Series X|S, PS5, and Switch 2.
Moon Studios’ No Rest for the Wicked is also coming to PS5 and PC with its 1.0 full release in October 2026.
Capcom showcased Onimusha: Way of the Sword, coming to PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PS5 on September 25, 2026. A demo has also been made available today.
We then get to see Silent Hill: Townfall, coming on September 24 to PS5 and PC.
Things definitely got more exciting with Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theve, which is coming for PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5 on October 2, 2026. Early access will start for those who get the special editions on September 29.
Pre-order will have a pre-order bonus in the form of Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War and a playable F-14A.
Saber Interactive showcased Stuntman Hollywood, coming soon for PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5.
Mundfish presented Ill, coming in 2017 for PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5.
Remedy Entertainment showcased Control Resonant, coming on September 24, 2026, for PC, PlayStation 5, and PC. Since the trailer is age-restricted, you can watch it on YouTube.
Next is Bungie’s Marathon, with the second season “Nightfall” coming tomorrow to PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5 tomorrow, June 2, 2026.
Firesprite showcased Until Dawn 2, coming in 2027 for PS5.
Last on the menu was God of War Laufey, coming to PS5 and focusing on Atreus’ mother, Faye.
