Genshin Impact Introduces New Character Citlali

HoYoverse showcased a new trailer focusing on Citlali, also known as “Granny Itztli,” who will join the popular free-to-play game with version 5.3 on January 1, 2025.

Above you can check out the version with English voice-overs. If you’d rather listen to the Japanese voices, you can find that version on the official YouTube channel.

Muv-Luv Dimensions Won’t Get an Offline Version But the Story Will Be Published Somehow

Muv-Luv All Star Summoning

Today aNCHOR and NextNinja hosted a livestream to explain the shutdown of the mobile game Muv-Luv Dimensions and mention some of the plans for the few months before the game becomes completely unavailable.

Disappointingly, the creation of an offline version isn’t planned, but aNCHOR pledged to deliver the main story outside of the app. For the moment, they are considering providing it in novel form on web services like Note, and details will be shared on social media as soon as finalized.

There are also no plans to deliver new events from here to the game’s shutdown in July, but the developers are planning to make all pilots summonable again, starting with an “All Star” banner that you can see above that uses normal summoning tickets.

They also answered the question of whether the Muv-Luv series will continue, and while that’s obvious (considering that we’re getting another game, Muv-Luv Tactics: Nightmare of Kalidasa), fans will be relieved to know that yes, the series will endure.

Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium Introduced Platoon System

Today the developers of the free-to-play game Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium for PC, iOS, and Android released a trailer showing off the new Platoon System, which will be introduced with an update on December 26.

Players will be able to create and join platoons and unlock the following features.

  • Create/Join a Platoon
    • Unlock new gameplay features such as Daily Patrols, Platoon Supply, and Platoon Support.
  • Free Elite Doll and Weapon Exchange
    • Using Reputation, Commanders can upgrade the Elite Doll [Papasha] and her imprinted weapon [Svarog] to their maximum Fortification Level and maximum Calibration Level respectively.
  • Gunsmoke Frontline
    • Take on challenging levels during the event period to earn points for your Platoon and unlock various rewards!
