Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator Gets First Screenshot
Chinese developer WF Scenery Studio released the first screenshot of its rendition for Microsoft Flight Simulator of Shanghai Hongqiao Airport (WSSS) following the launch of the version for Lockheed Martin Prepar3D 5.
No release date has been announced for now.
Cardiff Airport Teased for Microsoft Flight Simulator
SoFly teased its next airport “coming soon” and it’s Cardiff Airport (EGFF).
BlueBird Shows Boeing 767 and 757’s EFB for Microsoft Flight Simulator
BlueBird Simulations showcased the EFB tablet of its upcoming Boeing 757. At release, it’ll include “full Simbrief integration along with some basic menus to control various aircraft features.”
The developer is still aiming for the end of the year, but we’ll know in October whether it’ll make it or it’ll be delated into 2025.
After release, more features will be added. We also get to see the model of the Boeing 767, the flight model of which is undergoing initial testing. The devellopers plan to show textured images next year.
John Glenn Columbus Airport Released for Microsoft Flight Simulator, Raleigh-Durham Airport Announced
Pacific Islands Simulations released John Glenn Columbus International Airport (KCMH) in Ohio, United States. It also announced that its next project will be Raleigh–Durham International Airport (KRDU) in North Carolina.
The new airport is available on the developer’s own store for $20.99, including the following features.
- Latest Sim Update (SU15) tested product;
- Accurate Terminal, Concourses, and airport layout;
- Accurate interior layout of 3 main Concourses (A, B and C);
- Compiled accurate Airline Parking Codes for all airlines in XML. (Airlines should spawn/park at correct gates as in RW);
- Custom Animated Jetways;
- Sharp PBR Textures (4096×2 and 2048×2) applied to models;
- Custom ground textures at airside and pax sides of the airport;
- Custom vegetation and accurate hand-placed autogen (vegetation) that conforms with airport layout;
- Fully tweaked and optimized since beginning of project for smooth simulation experience;
- Elevation/terrain mesh corrections which include Sawyer road elevation dips forming taxiway tunnels;
- Apron/taxiway grunge work (oil stains, tire marks, etc);
- Added new airside models (trucks, tugs, baggage conveyors, vans, trailers, etc);
- Added wigwag lights to all hold-short points;
- Accurate FAA towers;
- Parking garages;
- Accurate GA hangars/buildings including Lane Aviation FBO, MPW, NetJets, etc;

Circle B Ranch Released for Microsoft Flight Simulator
Parallel 42 released Circle B Ranch for Microsoft Flight Simulator and It’s availavle on the developer’s own store for $12.00.
It includes the following features.

- Permitted Aircraft: STOL, small GA, and helicopters are welcome.
