Flight Simulation developers shared news today, including aircraft and airports for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, MSFS 2020, and DCS World.

Dassault Rafale for MSFS 2024 Gets New Video

Azurpoly showcased its upcoming Dassault Rafale for MSFS 2024, showing the startup procedure.

The developer also mentions that development is continuing at full pace with several major areas of the aircraft that are now complete, including the 3D model, textures, flight model, fly-by-wire system, and performance tuning.

The team is still working on the depth of the systems and avionics, fine-tuning the autopilot and its various modes, implementing flight plan management, and adding the last remaining pages to the lateral displays.

The developers also tease, “many other innovative features are still to be revealed,” and are “doing everything they can” to release the aircraft this summer.

Westchester County Airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator gets New Screenshots

Fly2High released new screenshots of Westchester County Airport (KHPN) in New York, United States, for MSFS.

According to the developer, the airport will feature “detailed ground textures, custom airport assets, realistic surroundings, and optimized performance,” and it’ll be one of its “most detailed regional airports yet.”

Boeing 737-300 and 737-400 Classic for MSFS Released for MSFS 2024 and MSFS 2020

CSS released the Boeing 737-400 and Boeing 737-300 for MSFS 2024 and MSFS 2020, adding to the 500 variant to complete the 737 classics family.

They cost $45 each on the developer’s own launcher, and $69.59 each on Simmarket (300 and 400). You can also get it as part of a bundle for the whole family, and there are even subscription options.

The aircraft come with the following features.

737-300

  • Accurate rendition of the 737-300 with all systems integrated, including weather and terrain radars, onboard systems, and various immersive features like functioning windshield wipers, an animated checklist and more
  • 20K and 22K engine rating variants
  • Entirely externally run systems, allowing for incredible fidelity
  • FMC U5.0 with LNAV/VNAV, RNAV DME/DME/IRU capabilities
  • Excellent flight dynamic model, tested by real pilots
  • Authentic sounds with surround sound support
  • Customizable livery-specific options, such as Winglets, Eyebrow windows & more
  • Custom EFB, allowing flexible configuration of panels, fuel and load data, charts and performance calculations
  • Simbrief OFP and FMC Uplink and Navigraph integration, as well as GSX profiles.
  • Several liveries available via the CSS Launcher with current and historical operators represented

737-400

Ruth Airport Released for MSFS 2024

Orbx and The Attic Flyer Studio released Ruth Airport (T42) in California, United States.

it’s available on Orbx Direct for $8.47. It includes the following features.

  • 4K PBR textures
  • Custom biomes
  • Fully custom, detailed ground markings
  • Handcrafted, detailed 3d models
  • Updated water mask of the Mad River
  • Hand-placed vegetation

London City Airport for MSFS 2024 Released

iniBuilds released London City Airport (EGLC) in the UK.

It’s available on the developer’s own store for $17.47 with the following features.

  • Hand-made ground textures with crisp, bespoke texture sets for runways, aprons, paths, and roads
  • True-to-life airport landside recreation with custom ground decals, signposts, vegetation, parking barriers, and more
  • Accurately modeled and positioned dynamic airport lighting for enhanced realism
  • 180+ hand-crafted models featuring custom-made buildings, vehicles, and objects
  • Hand crafted terminals with crisp textures providing a fresh, modern appearance
  • Highly detailed models of all airport buildings, objects, and surroundings
  • Animated airside passenger buses
  • Full HD ground poly matching the February 2026 airport layout
  • Up-to-date airport layout reflecting the current, real-world location
  • Official GSX profile included in the scenery folder and iniManager download

F-14B(U) Tomcat for DCS World Available for Pre-Order

Heatblur Simulations put the upcoming F-14B(U) Tomcat up for pre-orders on Eagle Dynamics’ store.

The price is $49.99 and will become $56.99 upon release. You can also grab it as part of the F-14 Ultimate Edition with the original package, including the A and B variants, for $98.99, scheduled to become $109.99 upon release.

It’ll include the following features.

  • New updated art faithfully representing the changes in the cockpit, overhauling the exterior, and adjusting the aircraft to the F-14B Upgrade configuration, including new pilot models and helmets, improved pilot animations, new pilot equipment, new wing vapor effects, new liveries and new aircraft animations including vertical tail flex and horizontal tail flex.
  • New modern Head-Up Display: VDIG replacement / VDIG-R and HUD, significantly improving pilot situational awareness with features such as:

  • JESTER has learned new tricks: selected JESTER 2.0 features, such as the context button, will come to the F-14B Upgrade and the rest of the Tomcat family.
  • Additional Tomcat family improvements, including:
    • In-game browser
    • In-game manual with click-to-explain feature
    • Grease pencil
  • A whole new set of instant action missions.
  • Two new campaigns:
    • Operation Reforger III over Cold War Germany
    • A tailor-made campaign for the F-14B Upgrade by Baltic Dragon, to be added after initial release.

Incidentally, the original A and B variants will also get an extensive update based on the work made for the B(U).
