Today, Bethesda has officially released the latest update to their hit space action RPG, Starfield. The November patch is set to implement plenty of quality-of-life changes to questlines, general performance, and gameplay while also adding in some fun new features and even a new land vehicle.
The main focus of the Starfield November update was to improve performance and stability for all platforms and reintroduce the uncapped frame rate option for Xbox Series X. The full breakdown of changes was teased earlier this month in a beta, which you can see detailed here.
Creations are another big focus for this update. Players will now be able to use the Verified Creators program without having to worry about achievements being blocked. It should be noted that achievements will not retroactively unlock on previous game saves with Creations, even with these changes.
Speaking of new creations, Bethesda unveiled a special gift to its players to celebrate the fact that 15 million people have played Starfield: the Deimog land vehicle. Built for speed and endurance, this new rover allows you to navigate the terrain with ease and also ensures you’ll be protected from threats thanks to its rocket launcher attachments.
The new Deimog land vehicle can be downloaded for free today from the Creations menu or on the Creations site. With Thanksgiving coming right around the corner, a new questline has also been added in, called The Perfect Recipe.
In the Perfect Recipe, you’ll travel through Akila City and stumble upon a dusty recipe book that belongs to a gifted mechanic with a hidden passion for the culinary arts. Like the new vehicle, this questline is free, and you can access it simply by finding Harbhajan in the city.
