Today multiple developers have showcased their aircraft that will be available in the various editions of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.
As you may or may not know, Microsoft and Asobo didn’t go at populating the massive aircraft lineup of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 on their own.
They have cleverly hired several third-party developers who are working on many aircraft that will be included in the simulator out of the box instead of being sold separately.
Three of these teams took part in an extensive livestream hosted by Microsoft today showing off their creations and also revealing several screenshots.
We start with Got Friends, which provided an extensive look at the AeroElvira Optica, the Stemme S12G, the Pipistrel Taurus M (which will be in the Premium Deluxe Edition), the Draco X, and the Zlin Aviation Savage Norden (which will also be limited to the Premium Deluxe Edition). You can click on each link to watch directly the section of the stream dedicated to each aircraft.
The developer then shared some screenshots of the Draco X, Savage Norden, and Stemme S12G on its Discord Server. You can watch them below.
Then it was the turn of Miltech Simulations, which provided an extensive look at a completely different aircraft, the massive Boeing C-17 Globemaster III (again, click on the link for the footage), which is also coming with the Premium Deluxe Edition.
Interestingly, we get to see the much-coveted windshield wipers operational. Those who aren’t familiar with the original Microsoft Flight Simulator may not be aware of why this is relevant. If you know, you know.
Last, but not least, Hype Performance Group presented the Airbus H225, which you may know with its old name Eurocopter EC225 Super Puma. The developer then posted the impressive screenshots which you can see below on its Discord server.
The Super Puma will also be featured exclusively in the Premium Deluxe Edition of the simulator.
