Today, Chronos North, Smart Ambition, and Aerosoft officially announced a brand new simulator, Firefighters Code Red.
Firefighters Code Red is an upcoming firefighting simulator centered around realistic fire behavior, dynamic missions, and cooperative multiplayer across more than 30 North American locations.
The simulator is built on the development team’s experience with Firefighting Simulator – The Squad. Firefighters Code Red puts players in the role of firefighters responding to dangerous emergencies where every blaze behaves differently.

Fires spread dynamically through buildings and outdoor environments, producing hazards such as thick smoke, extreme heat, backdraft explosions, and grease fires that require the correct extinguishing methods. The game features a detailed fire simulation system in which flames can consume rooms, trigger chain reactions, and even spread into nearby wooded areas.
Smoke reduces visibility to near zero, while collapsing structures and unpredictable fire growth force players to constantly adapt their tactics. Players can tackle emergencies solo or join forces in cross-platform cooperative multiplayer, coordinating rescue efforts, extinguishing fires, and completing objectives as a team.
Missions are designed with random elements, including changing victim locations, shifting fire outbreaks, and blocked escape routes, ensuring that no two emergency calls play out exactly the same. To handle these emergencies, players will have access to authentic fire trucks alongside a variety of realistic firefighting tools and equipment, with each scenario requiring the right gear and strategic decision-making.
Currently, there is no exact release date or window for Firefighters Code Red, though we know it is heading to Steam. For more information on this and other first-responder-based sims, like Ambulance Life: A Paramedic Simulator, be sure to check back to Simulation Daily for updates.
