Xbox Tokyo Game Show 2024 Broadcast – Here Are All the News and Reveals

Today Xbox hosted its Tokyo Game Show broadcast and provided a look at a ton of games coming to its platforms, mostly from Japan and Asia.

During the broadcast, which was introduced by Microsoft Gaming Ceo Phil Spencer himself, there certainly was a lot of variety, from shooters to RPGs.

The show started with Metal Gear Solid Δ: Snake Eater, and a trailer focusing on the story. The game is coming this year for Xbox Series X|S, PS5, and PC.

Next, we take a look at a collaboration between Overwatch 2 and the anime/manga My Hero Academia.

We then take a look at the upcoming DLC for Age of Mythology Retold: Immortal Pillars.

We then hear that Starcraft Remastered and Starcraft II will come to PC Game Pass and Game Pass Ultimate on November 5.

Next on the menu is Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, which will release on December 9, 2024, for PC and Xbox Series X|S, and in spring 2025 for PS5.

The next trailer was of Denkiworks’ super-cute Tanuki: Pon’s Summer.

We then take a look at Threads of Time by Riyo.

Bandai Namco showcased We Love Katamachi Reroll + Royal Reverie, available today for PC and Xbox.

The next video focused on Bad Guitar Studio’s Fragpunk.

Atlus is next with a trailer of Metaphor: ReFantazio, coming for Xbox Series X|S, PS5, PS4, and PC on October 11, 2024.

We stay in the realm of JRPG with a look at Atelier Yumia: The Alchemist of Memories and the Envisioned Land, coming on March 21, 2025, on PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. 

We then take a look at D-ZARD’s battle royale game Asurajang Rumble, which is also coming to Xbox Series X|S on top of PC.

Bandai Namco returns with Bleach Rebirth of Souls, which is coming in early 2025 for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

We stay in the realm of Bandai Namco with Synduality: Echo of Ada, which finally has a release date, January 24, 2024 for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

The next announcement is about Fallout 76, and specifically the reveal of cats and dogs coming to the game by the end of the year.

Suikoden I&II HD Remaster Gate Rune and Dunan Unification Wars was showcased by Konami. It’s coming for PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch on March 6, 2024.

Q-Games then presented All You Need is Help, available today for PC, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.

Bokeh Game Studio presented another look at its upcoming horror game Slitterhead, which is coming for PS4, PS5, XBOX Series X|S, and PC.

Ikina Games then showcased the sci-fi adventure RPG The Starbites.

Lastly, we get the announcement that Trials of Mana, Legend of Mana, and the Final Fantasy Pixel Remasters 1-6 are all coming today to Xbox Series X|S and Game Pass.

We then get a look at gameplay of Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D Remake, which is for PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch on November 14, 2024.
