Today, Microsoft hosted the Xbox Games Showcase 2025, with plenty of news not only for Xbox and PC users, but also for PS5 users and some tidbits for Nintendo fans.
If you can’t manage to watch the livestream as it happens, we have gathered all the relevant announcements and reveals here for your perusal, so you can enjoy them on your own time without having to watch the whole thing.
We start with Obsidian Entertainment and the story trailer of The Outer Worlds 2, coming on October 29, 2025, for PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X|S, on top of Game Pass.
Squanch Games revealed High on Life 2, coming this winter for PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PS5, on top of Game Pass.
Asobo Studio revealed Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy for PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PS5. It’s coming in 2026, on top of Game Pass.
Microsoft revealed the Asus ROG Xbox Ally X and Asus ROG Xbox Ally, coming this Holiday season. The X will come equipped with an AMD Ryzen Z2 Extreme, 24 Gigabytes of memory, and 1 TB of storage.
The normal version will include an AMD Ryzen Z2A, 16 GB of memory, and 512 GB of built-in storage.
You’ll be able to play games on Windows, Xbox, Steam, Battle.net, Steam, and Ubisoft Connect.
Interestingly, the reveal included a tease of the elusive Hollow Knight: Silksong, which will be available at launch on the portable and will also be on Game Pass.
Next on the menu was a new reveal for The Blood of Dawnwalker by Rebel Wolves. It’s coming in 2026 for Xbox Series X|S, PC, and PS5.
We then change genre completely, albeit the next game is still really bloody. It’s Super Meat Boy 3D, coming in early 2026 for Xbox Series X|S, PC, and PS5.
We then move on to Team Ninja’s Ninja Gaiden 4. We get a release date for Xbox Series X|S, PS5, and PC on October 21, on top of Game Pass.
Moving on to MachineGames’ Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, we get the announcement of The Order of Giants, a story DLC coming on September 4 for Xbox Series X|S, PC, and PS5, on top of Game Pass.
Next is the reveal of Beast of Reincarnation by Game Freak, coming in 2026 for Xbox Series X|S, PC, and PS5, on top of Game Pass.
inXile Entertainment revealed a new trailer of Clockwork Revolution, which is coming “in due time” with no explicit mention of platforms.
Next on the menu is Obsidian again, with Grounded 2, coming for Xbox Series X|S and PC on July 29 via Game Preview/early access, on top of Game Pass.
Bloober Team showcased Cronos: the New Dawn, releasing in Fall 2025 for Xbox Series X|S, PC, and PS5.
We then take a look at The Elder Scrolls Online, with a trailer showing its features and advertising the upcoming Seasons of the Wom Cult, which is coming on June 18, on top of a world changing server-wide event coming in October.
Don’t Nod Entertainment revealed Aphelion, coming in 2026 for Xbox Series X|S, PC, and PS5, on top of Game Pass.
Next is the world premiere of There are no Ghosts at the Grand by Friday Sundae, coming for Xbox Series X|S and PC, on top of Game Pass, in 2026.
We then get to take a look at the Heavenly Spear DLC for Age of Mythology: Retold, coming in Fall 2025 for Xbox Series X|S, PC, and PS5.
Korean developer EVR Studio showcased Mudang: Two Hearts, coming in 2026 for Xbox Series X|S, PC, and PS5.
Next on the menu is Planet of Lana 2: Children of the Leaf by Wishfully, coming in 2026 for Xbox Series X|S, PC, PS5, and Nintendo Switch, on top of Game Pass.
Moving back to ongoing games as a service, Fallout 76 got its time under the spotlight, with Gone Fission.
We then move into the realm of manhwa with Solo Leveling Arise: Overdrive, coming if Fall 2026 to PC.
We then take a look at Pawprint’s Animo, coming in 2026 for PC and Xbox Series X|S.
Tony Hawk: Pro Skayer 3 + 4 has its own time in the limelight with a launch trailer. The game is coming for PC, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PS5, PS4 Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2, on top of Game Pass.
Thunder Lotus presented At Fate’s End, coming in 2026 for PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PS5, on top of Game Pass.
Next, it’s time for Gears of War with Gears of War: Reloaded, coming on August 26, 2025, for Series X|S, PC, and PS5, on top of Game Pass.
Atlus revealed Persona 4 Revival, coming to PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PS5, alongside Game Pass, with no release window.
We take a look at another of Xbox’s games as a service, Rare’s Sea of Thieves, with the reveal of Season 17: Smugglers’ Tide.
Skybound Games and Quarter Up presented the fighting game Invincible VS, coming in 2026 for PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PS5.
Square Enix presented the Xbox Version of Final Fantasy VII Remake: Intergrade and Final Fantasy XVI. The former is coming this winter, while the latter is out now as a nice shadow drop.
Double Fine revealed its next game, titled Keeper, coming on October 17, 2025, for Series X|S and PC, alongside Game Pass.
The showcase was concluded with the reveal of Call of Duty: Black Ops 7.
