Today, VRChat released its Version 2025.2.1 update, introducing pronouns to user profiles and fixing a slew of bugs.

Not much new was added to the update, but many users will be happy to see the brand-new pronoun field on user profiles. User profiles in general have gotten a new look on the editing side, including the profile picture, icon, links, languages, and bio areas. For players who may not want to settle on specific pronouns, there’s also an unlisted option.

The rest of the update focuses on fixing bugs and improving the user experience across various features in the game. For example, instance settings will look a bit different, and there are more options for controlling drones. However, this did come with a downside — drone configuration settings may be reset for some users.

There are also several fixes for the Camera Dolly, which was first released for VRC+ members back in Version 2025.1.3. It also added an option for users to export their animations.

A lot of the fixes were on Android. There’s now localization, among plenty of other changes and bug fixes. This also impacts notifications, including their size and times that they’ll pop up.

Of course, in true VRChat fashion, there’s a fun video detailing all of the changes, which players can view below. Alternatively, the VRChat Version 2025.2.1 patch notes lay everything out for those who may want to read instead of watch.

In case you missed it, you can check out another recent update, Version 2025.1.1.
