Pokémon TCG Pocket Releases October 30
During the celebrations of the Pokémon TCG World Championship in Hawaii, The Pokémon Company announced the release date of the upcoming mobile version of the card game, Pokémon TCG Pocket.
It’s coming to iOS and Android on October 30 and pre-registrations are already open on Google Play and on the App Store.
Pokémon GO Teases Morpeko and “Something Big”
More Pokémon news from the World Championship stage came in the form of teases for Pokémon GO.
Specifically, we learn that Morpeko will come to the game and will be able to change form in battle by using a Charged Attack. This is going to also extend to other Pokémon.
A second teaser also mentions something “big” albeit it stops short of revealing which “big” Pokémon we’re talking about.
Incidentally, no news at all were shared about the next mainline game Pokémon Legends: Z-A, much to the consternation of the fans waiting to play a new game on Switch.
Honkai: Star Rail Features Jiaoqiu in New Trailer
HoYoverse released a new video introducing Jiaoqiu, the next new character coming to Honkai: Star Rail. This time around, the trailer focuses more on storytelling compared to the previous one which focused on gameplay.
Jiaoqiu is a five-star fire character following the path of Nihility and will be released with a dedicated gacha on August 21.
Sky Oceans: Wings for Hire Release Date Announced
PQube announced the release date of the upcoming JRPG-inspired game by Octeto Studios Sky Oceans: Wings for Hire.
The game will release on October 10, 2024, for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and GoG.com
