The Bustling World, an open-world RPG sim game, has finally released a new trailer almost a year after the last trailers, showing off even more of the beautiful art style.
The Bustling World allows players to live their lives in ancient China. Players can do a plethora of things, like becoming a military commander, running a humble shop, or exploring and making a living as a mercenary to name a few.
They can live a solo life or look for a partner, and there are a variety of cities to live in. Choose to relax and live by the water or live near a stronghold town for more protection. There’s a main story, but plenty of side adventures are there for players who want to try a different path.
The Chinese-styled artwork is completely hand-drawn, making a beautiful setting. Additionally, the animations are motion-captured, and voice actors round it all out.
The Bustling World trailer shows all of this off with in-game footage and gameplay. Excited fans can get a look at day-to-day life in different cities and the building system. There’s also a festival going on in a few different scenes, showing a dynamic world.
Of course, with the freedom to do whatever, there are inevitably darker routes players can take. For example, the trailer shows players breaking into homes, stealing things, and even becoming homicidal. The combat system has several options in terms of weapons and movability, which should entice quite a few fans.
