PlayStation Plus September Headlined by New Harry Potter Game Quidditch Champions

PS Plus is getting a debut title this month.

Today, the PlayStation Blog revealed its official lineup for next month’s PS Plus titles. Those September PlayStation Plus games will include MLB The Show 24, Little Nightmares II, and the brand new Harry Potter title Quidditch Champions.

Each title will arrive on the Sony platform’s subscription service on September 3, 2024, which is also the release date of Quidditch Champions. It should be noted that the title will also be on Xbox Game Pass upon its release.

Quidditch Champions is being developed by Unbroken Studios. While they are a newer developer, having only made Fractured Lands in 2018, the studio is made up of an LA-based team of members that have worked on the Battlefield, Call of Duty, God of War and Arkham Series.

Quidditch Champions is a multiplayer sports game let’s players jump into the widely popular sport in the Harry Potter universe, featuring customizable characters for four different positions: Chaser, Seeker, Beater, and Keeper. The game will have both single player and competitive multiplayer, allowing you to play with and against your friends online.

The other two titles are highly praised games for their respective genres, with both MLB The Show 24 and Little Nightmares II each receiving various game of the year awards and overall positive reviews. All three games will be available to download for PlayStation Plus Essential members and above until September 30, 2024.

Alongside these titles coming to PlayStation Plus, LEGO Star Wars The Skywalker Saga, FNAF Security Breach and Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights will all be leaving the platform on September 2, 2024, so get them while you can.
