Today, Astragon revealed the multi-platform release date, opening beta access, and content roadmap – including a Season Pass packed with future missions and gear – for the hottest upcoming sim in gaming, Firefighting Simulator: Ignite. The title will launch on September 9, 2025, for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S and is now available for pre-order on all platforms.
Firefighting Simulator: Ignite places players in the boots of a U.S. firefighter in a sprawling city in the American Midwest, tasking them with facing challenging situations, like trapped civilians, electric fires, flammable liquids, grease fires, backdrafts, flashovers, and explosions. Either alone or in multiplayer with up to three friends, you’ll equip yourself with authentic firefighting tools, including fire hoses, saws, Halligan tools, axes, and extinguishers, and faithfully recreated fire engines and ladder trucks in order to put out blazing flames.
Each mission in Firefighting Simulator: Ignite requires a unique strategy that mirrors real-life scenarios. You’ll need to use your tools to ventilate and curb fire spread, cool down overheated objects, saw through obstacles, reduce air drafts, and select the proper extinguishing agent. But stay alert for signs of imminent danger, like thick smoke finding its way through closed doors and presenting the potential for a major disaster.
Anyone who pre-orders will receive the Fire Station Companion Pack for free, adding Simi, the loyal Dalmatian firehouse dog, and a special 1950s-style retro firefighter helmet. Year 1 Season Pass players will save 35% compared to purchasing the included DLCs individually and receive exclusive content, such as the Rosenbauer HEROS Titan Helmet.

Additional post-launch content includes: Cosmetic Pack, two Vehicle Packs, three mission expansions, and one major expansion throughout the Year 1 Season. The Firefighting Simulator: Ignite closed beta will take place from June 27 to June 30. Anyone interested in trying it out early can sign up here.
