The main events of EVO 2024 have concluded, and all the winners of the tournaments have been crowned after the yearly fighting game competition that lasted the whole weekend.
The first winner to be crowned was Xiaohai, who defeated E.T. with a 3-0 score in the The King of Fighters XV grand final.

In the Mortal Kombat 1 tournament, Sonicfox defeated Nicolas with just a silver of lifebar left in a hard-fought 3-2 mirror final in which both players used Johnny Cage supported by Khameleon.
Next, we saw the grand finals of Under Night In-Birth II Sys:Celes, and Senaru won against Mo.Sin in a pitched series of matches that ended 3-2.
Afterward, we went back in time with Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike. The trophy went to MOV, who won against Issei in the Grand Finals scoring 3-1 matches.
Another hard-fought Grand Finals kicked off day three of the event, with Aarondamac winning against Tororo 3-2 in Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising.
The day continued with the Guilty Gear Strive tournament that enjoyed epic Grand Finals, featuring Nitro winning 3-2 after coming from Losers Final and triggering a reset against Tatuma.
Arslan Ash triumphed once again in the Tekken 8 Grand Finals, conquering its fifth EVO title across two installments of the franchise against Atif, who is also from Pakistan.
The last tournament of the event was Street Fighter 6, with Punk conquering the trophy in a 3-2 series of matches against Big Bird.
We also learned that EVO 2025 will be hosted again in Las Vegas between August 1 and August 3 next year. Yet, a brand new installment of the tournament will happen in Europe, specifically in Nice, France, between October 10 and October 12.
The organizers also announced that 2026 will see an edition of the event in Singapore.
