Today, SCS Software revealed its roadmap for its upcoming expansion to Euro Truck Simulator 2, which will introduce the new highways and byways of Greece. As stated in a previous blog post, there will be six different crossable borders for you to use in order to access the new map.
Once inside Greece, Euro Truck Simulator 2 players can travel 8 different highways – A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, and A8 – and can even board the Igoumenítsa ferry. Using this, you’ll be able to travel to Italy, from which three major European roads will then be at your fingertips.
Lastly, truckers can take both the E90, which connects Portugal and Turkey and crosses through Greece, and the E92, which connects Greece’s west coast with its east coast and goes through many cities, including Trikala. The update is set to provide a whole new possibility of places to explore, with more maps and expansions also promised in the near future.
Currently, there is no expected release date or window for the Greece map expansion update, but we will be sure to keep you posted when more information is revealed. Euro Truck Simulator 2 is available on PC (Steam) for $19.99.
