Frozen District has revealed the release date and details of the upcoming Sakure DLC for House Flipper 2, which will be centered around Japanese culture.
The Sakura DLC will include five jobs, including an abandoned elementary school and a relaxing tearoom. It’ll also include five new Japanese-themed homes to renovate and five buyers who are particularly interested in Japanese architecture.
There’s also a Japanese countryside environment dubbed Akamatsu Valley with the Sakura DLC, which includes a view of Mt. Fuji in the spring, as well as three intricate wooden assemblies and new collectibles.
Last but not least, the Sakura DLC will bring over 300 Japanese items, including decorations, furniture, and plants. Players will be able to renovate gorgeous Japanese homes and get feedback from the buyers while learning about Japanese architecture.
The Sakura DLC for House Flipper 2 is set to release on May 21, 2026, and it’ll cost $14.99. Fans can check out the Steam page now to add the Sakura DLC to their wishlist.

The House Flipper 2 Sakura DLC will be available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S when it’s released next month.
The release date news for the Sakura DLC also came as Frozen District celebrates 90,000 concurrent Steam players for the original House Flipper, which had a free-to-keep event on Steam from April 3 to April 6. During those days, over 11 million people claimed the game for free.
