Today, Kunos Simulazioni released Assetto Corsa EVO Early Access 0.7 update, introducing plenty of new features and changes.
Assetto Corsa EVO Early Access 0.7 update adds four new vehicles, a completely redesigned particle system, and a long list of improvements spanning physics, graphics, audio, multiplayer, and user interface features.
Those four cars include:
- Audi R8 LMS GT3 Evo II
- Datsun 240Z (available in two variants)
- Porsche 935 (2019)
- Porsche 911 GT2 RS Clubsport Evo

Update 0.7 also includes the brand-new particle system, which showcases enhanced smoke, dirt, water spray, and impact effects, significantly improving visual immersion during races. A fallback graphics option has even been added, allowing users with less powerful computers to disable the more demanding effects.
The Assetto Corsa EVO SDK Editor Tool is another big step forward for the game’s modding community. This will enable modders to create custom vehicles for single-player use, with multiplayer compatibility planned for future updates.
Beyond new content, the patch brings extensive quality-of-life improvements. Physics have been balanced across several vehicles, along with revised power and torque figures and handling tweaks for select models, and rendering improvements address lighting, reflections, cloud shadows, fog behavior, texture streaming, and VR performance.
Audio has also received attention, with new sound packages for the Lotus Exige V6 and Toyota Supra, as well as with various engine and effects updates. Additional quality-of-life improvements include expanded camera controls, enhancements to the customization menu, new UI features, multiplayer administration tools, and numerous bug fixes.
