Tokyo Indie Games Summit 2025 Reveals Rich Stage Show Schedule

Today the organizers of the Tokyo Indie Games Summit 2025 at Phoenixx announced the schedule of stage shows that will be featured at the event.

The first day (March 8), which is dedicated to business attendees, will see the start of the stage event schedule with an opening at 13:30 (all times are JST), followed by an unrevealed show at 14:00.

At 15:00, we’ll see “Indie Game Journal TIGS Special Stage Vol.1,” dedicated to showcasing the hottest games at the show. At 16:00 there will be a panel discussion about indie game publishing. This will also see the participation of major publishers like Bandai Namco and Cygames.

The second day (March 9) will be open to all visitors and stage shows will start at 11:30 with a Blazing Sails tournament in which vTubers from the Nijisanji agency will also participate. At 12:45 we’ll see the Japanese Championship of the indie game Jelly Troops.

The Indie Game Journal TIGS Special Stage Vol.2 will follow at 14:00, showing more of the hottest games participating at the show. At 15:00 there will be a special stage show dedicated to introducing the romantic visual novel Inkyara Bukome.

Lastly, the Tokyo Indie Games Summit Awards will begin in earnest at 16:00 and conclude the schedule at 17:00. If you can’t attend, there will be livestreams on the event’s YouTube channel.

Incidentally, tickets for both days are already available for purchase.

Tokyo Indie Games Summit 2025 will be hosted in Kichijoji, Tokyo, at the Musashino Public Hall and Kichijoji Tokyu REI Hotel. There are a few sub-venues as follows_

  • Kirarina Keio Kichijoji
  • Copis Kichijoji
