The gaming industry has delivered some more gaming news today, including headlines about Farming Simulator 25, Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War, and Planet Zoo 2.

Here at Simulation Daily, we publish roundups with more gaming news that couldn’t be covered in individual articles to keep you up to date with the work and games from a wider variety of developers than we otherwise could.

Take a look at some of the headlines from today’s news.

Farming Simulator 25 Beans & Alpacas Expansion Gets Detailed Look at New Machines

Giants Software has shared fact sheets and images for the machines that will be added in the Farming Simulator 25 Beans & Alpacas Expansion, which releases on October 27. You can view each fact sheet below.

Players can preorder the Beans & Alpacas DLC now, and it releases on October 27 for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. Those who preorder it can enjoy a 10% discount before launch; otherwise, the expansion will regularly cost $29.99 after it releases.

Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War Now Available as Standalone App on Steam

Bandai Namco has announced that the standalone version of Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War is now available on Steam. This was previously made available as a preorder bonus title for Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theve.

Those who acquired Ace Combat Zero as a preorder bonus on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S already had the game as separate, standalone software. However, PC players had to launch AC0 from within the Ace Combat 8 game; as of today, it is now its own standalone game within the Steam Client.

Players who previously played AC0 through the Ace Combat 8 game will be able to retain their save data in the new app, and it’ll continue to be shared between the two versions.

Unfortunately, anyone who did not previously preorder Ace Combat 8: Wings of the Raven will not be able to buy and download Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War separately.

Planet Zoo 2 Updates 1.0.6 and 1.0.7 Now Available

Frontier Developments has released hotfixes 1.0.6 and 1.0.7 for Planet Zoo 2 today. Players can update their games now to receive a number of important bug fixes to the game.

Version 1.0.6 makes changes that fix issues with negative cash, animal accreditation tier requirements, the profanity filter, the autosave timer, the Zoopedia, fertility rates, and more.

After 1.0.6 was pushed out, the team received reports identifying issues when trying to resume a franchise save, preventing full use of the main menu; this created concern that players’ saved games were lost. To remedy the issue, version 1.0.7 was released on all platforms. Players should now be able to resume their save file normally.
