Muv-Luv Tactics Introduces Even More Characters
Today the developers of the upcoming Muv-Luv strategy simulation RPG Muv-Luv Tactics: Nightmare of Kalidasa revealed two more characters starting with Rutna Pràsit, a lieutenant of the Royal Thai Army sent by the Greater East Asia Allied Forces as an intelligence analysis officer attached to the Umibato unit.
She is always calm and collected and keeps work and private matters completely separate, so she never shows her emotion and always sticks to formally performing her military duties. In reality, she has a low tolerance for stress, which she relieves by meditating while listening to Death Metal, watching anime, and taking rides on Tuk-Tuk (auto rickshaws in Thailand) during her free time.
She is 24 years old and 159 cm tall, her blood type is A, and she likes solitude, Japanese manga and anime, and time off to devote to her hobbies. She hates overtime work, deviating from the course, and spicy food in general.
Next is Shigesue Suzuki, second in command of the Umibato unit and the backbone of its management, including liaison duties and legal matters. He served Chisa’s father before he left Japan and received an elite education as a retainer. He loves literature and martial arts, and he’s a romantic with an open mind.
That being said, he’s also a realist who dislikes superstition, so he comes across as a hard man who won’t hesitate to hit the so-called “death flags” that mercenaries are usually afraid of, shattering these expectations with his performance on the battlefield.
He’s 37 years old, 184 cm tall, and his blood type is 0. He likes Chisa as his lord, loyalty, and intellectual pursuits. He dislikes naysayers and superstitions.
The game is currently being crowdfunded on Campfire with 34% of 60 million yen currently pledged and 8 days to go. If you want to contribute, you can do so on the campaign’s official page.
Manor Lords Reveals Features Coming in the Next Update
The developers of Manor Lords Slavic Magic revealed new features coming with the next update, which will include a bridge-building system, animation reworks, an overstock mechanic, map selection with new maps like Swiss Valley and Winding River, and the ability to reorder unit cards.
The bridge-building tool will be an extension of the road tool. The mines have new animations with miners actually heading underground, while there will also be a new cranking animation.
Workers will now bring extra stock of resources when they’re about to run out. This “overstock” feature will help keep the supply chain running smoothly instead of running into hiccups.
The First Berserker: Khazan Reveals English Voice Actors
Nexon revealed the English voice actors who will play relevant roles in The First Berserker: Khazan. Khazan himself will be played by Ben Starr, whom you may know as Clive in Final Fantasy XVI. Blade Phantom is played by Anthony Howell. Daphrona is played by Holly Earl, and Wilf Scolding plays Lantimos.
We also hear from Justin Villiers, who directed the English voiceovers.
The game is coming on March 27, 2025 for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.
