Western Sydney Airport for MSFS 2024 and MSFS 2020 Gets New Screenshots

Drzewiecki Design released more work-in-progress screenshots of Western Sydney International Airport (YSWS) in Australia for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 and MSFS 2020.
As for the past weeks, the developer provided a brief development update.
“At WSI, we’ve taken a major step in terrain precision. Drone footage from multiple flights has now been processed, stitched into a unified texture, scaled, sliced, and placed in-sim. This allows for hyper-accurate painting and detailing around the terminal – and we’re deep into refining it so every element aligns perfectly.
Meanwhile, metro infrastructure keeps growing: rails are in, and we’ve started work on animated train movement. The area in front of the terminal continues to get filled with realism – this week, it gained bus stops, fencing, electrical boxes, shelter roofs, and the entry gate structure. Street and parking lighting has also been fully placed.
Work on the terminal itself continues steadily in the background, and things are taking shape fast.”
Incidentally, the last two screenshots above showcase the cargo facilities Newark Liberty International Airport (KEWR) for X-Plane 12, which is being developed in parallel.
