Today, Ashborne Games and THQ Nordic announced that their highly anticipated Middle Ages building simulator, The Guild – Europa 1410, would be arriving in early access for PC via Steam on July 16, 2026.
The Guild – Europa 1410 follows players as they build dynasties in the bustling cities of the Holy Roman Empire. At launch, you’ll be able to choose from four distinct cities: Kuttenberg, Nuremberg, Graz, and Wroclaw.
Each city will feature its own districts and quarters to develop, as well as 11 professions to choose from. These range from Smith and Stone Mason to Tailor, Perfumer, Alchemist, Preacher, Innkeeper, Thief, Guard, and Robber, each with unique buildings, upgrades, and indoor scenes.
The political system is vast and engaging, as players will rise through eight social titles, from Burgher to Prince of the Empire, by combining industry with political influence. Legacy will also play a large role in each campaign, as you’ll form marriages, have children, and secure the future of your bloodline.
The economic and social influences will also evolve alongside the times, requiring you to manage trade, production, and market manipulation, while navigating rivalries and alliances. The Guild – Europa 1410 will feature realistic historical details, from bustling marketplaces to town halls, reflecting the city’s growth in response to your economic and political actions.
While you wait for its release, be sure to check out content for its medieval cities, legal system, and more. The Guild – Europa 1410 is also currently available to wishlist on Steam with its own playable demo.
