Tales of Seikyu, the upcoming fantasy life sim from ACE Entertainment and Fireshine Games, is taking part in Steam Next Fest with a demo that unlocks an exclusive in-game outfit and save data that carries to the early access launch.
The demo gives players three days in the game. They’ll take a tour of the town and shapeshift into their first Yokai form. They’ll also get a chance to meet the people who live on the island, including the bachelors and bachelorettes.
Players will also see the game’s opening quests and learn how to farm, fish, decorate, and craft.
As if that’s not enough to fit into three days, players can also restore Inari shrines, go on dates, and even join the town for a welcome bonfire.
The demo is made to be replayable so that players can experience everything in the short amount of time available. There’s no stress about missing anything, and three days isn’t much to replay if you do. Plus, any progress that players make in the demo will be carried over to the game when it launches later this Spring.
The exclusive reward is the Serpent Rattan Armour, which celebrates the Year of the Snake. Players will need to play and progress in the demo to get the reward, which can be claimed from the in-game mailbox.
