Rainbow Six Siege has announced Rally Point, a new community organization for North American women, and it’s coming with a tournament that Raidiant is organizing and broadcasting.
The Rally Point tournament kicks off on September 19, and it encourages women from the United States and Canada to train and compete. Raidiant is focusing on creating a competitive tournament for women that’s also welcoming and a place to meet others in the Rainbow Six Siege esports scene.
The tournament will have a weekly matchmaking series for solo players until December 12, when the Finals will take place. The Finals will have a $10,000 prize pool.
Registration for the Rally Point tournament is open now, with a deadline of November 10. However, the earlier you register and begin the Season, the higher you can rank, as the Season ends on November 15.
Rally Point itself is a community, and Raidian invites any who is open to a positive esports space to join the Discord when it’s launched — the Discord itself won’t be exclusive to women.
There will also be a Rally Point web portal, which will follow the tournament as well as other things going on in the community. This will include real-time moderation of the tournament matches.
Raidiant has been a champion for women in the gaming scene, and this new initiative with Rainbow Six Siege further cements that. Heather “sapphiRe” Garozzo, President of Raidiant as well as an Esports Hall of Fame inductee, shared her thoughts on Rally Point:
“I’m incredibly proud that Raidiant has been selected to help bring Rally Point to life. As a veteran competitive gamer and former World Champion, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful representation can be. Rally Point isn’t just a competition – it’s a celebration of skill, growth and an inclusive community. We’re honored to empower incredible talent and create a space where women and their allies can truly thrive.”
Véronique Bouffard, Manager of the Rainbow Six Siege Community Team at Ubisoft, also shared comments on Rally Point:
“Rally Point is a step forward in breaking down the barriers to compete in Siege. In addition, Rally Point will also feature a Discord community, reflecting Rainbow Six Siege’s ongoing commitment to building community spaces where everyone feels welcome, supported, and empowered to thrive.”
