Nintendo has finally announced the new Switch 2 pre-order information for customers in the United States and Canada, including the pricing details of the console, its release bundle, and accessories.
Shortly after the Nintendo Switch 2 Direct, which showed off both the console and games that are coming with it, Nintendo announced that pre-orders would be delayed in the United States and Canada. Nintendo cited changing market conditions for the delay.
Now, Nintendo announced that pre-orders in the regions will begin on April 24, 2025. Additionally, the cost of the console and its bundle will remain the same as originally announced, along with the price of Mario Kart World and Donkey Kong Bananza.
However, the prices of accessories are being adjusted in the United States. When addressing the US Switch 2 pre-order pricing details, Nintendo explained that the pricing could be adjusted in the future.
Nintendo shared the prices for both regions. The new Nintendo Switch 2 pricing in the US is as follows:

- Mario Kart World: $79.99
- Donkey Kong Bananza: $69.99
