Today, PMDG released its Boeing 737-700 for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, and it’s definitely more than a single port of the MSFS 2020 version.
While it’s the last of the 737NG family released by the developer for MSFS 2024, it’s the first to come with the full high-detail update.
In order to release them earlier, the -800, -900, and -600 only received extensive rebuilds of their interiors, while the big exterior update was still pending. The 700 finally gives us a look at what that entails, while we wait for this massive rebuild of fuselage, wings, engines, landing gears, etcetera, to be rolled out to the other models.
Now the aircraft is fully rebuilt with the technology introduced with Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, and it certainly shows, as you can see in the trailer below.
It’s available on PMDG’s own store for $74.99, while those who already purchased the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 version can upgrade for $30. As usual, you should keep in mind that you get what you pay for, and this kind of high-depth aircraft comes with a depth of simulation at the very top of this industry.
Here’s what you can expect from the aircraft.
