Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 allows you to pick a human copilot, but what if you could bring an animal friend along? Soon you’ll be able to.
GotFriends announced the first product of their “Avitar” series: Man’s Best Friend: Deluxe Edition.
It’ll come at an unspecified date for both Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 and MSFS 2020, including both PC and Xbox on the official marketplace. It’ll cost $9.99.
The add-on uses the built-in copilot features of both simulators to place your best friend, which will have “detailed 3D models, high-quality textures, and unique idle animation work created specifically for its size and personality.”
Over 40 animals will be included in the package, including plenty of different skins for additional variety.
On top of that, they won’tv justv sit on the copilot seat. Thanks to the Avitar Nest system, a 6-axis pet allignment and positioning feature, you’ll be able to place them nicely anywhere you like, and that position will be saved for each aircraft variant so that you don’t need to set it up before every flight.
