Infinity Nikki has hit 10 million downloads since its release on December 5, and the game is celebrating with players by sending free gacha resources.
For those who haven’t heard, one of 2024’s coziest games came out a few days ago, right as the year was ending. Infinity Nikki an open-world RPG centered on dressing up Nikki, the main character. Alongside Momo, a lovable feline companion, the two travel Miraland in search of Miracle Outfits to save the world. Crafting outfits gives players abilities like gliding, fishing, bug-catching, and even animal grooming. They can be used to further the story while also getting crafting materials.
On top of that, players can adventure the world while participating in fashion battles with NPCs to show their Stylist prowess. The story features stunning scenery and encouraging, hopeful dialogue as well.
Infinity Nikki is a gacha game, and players can wish for certain outfits. While outfits can contain around 10 pieces (such as shoes and accessories), the gacha system is fairly generous compared to other gacha games (I’m looking at you, HoYoverse).
The game hit 30 million pre-registrations almost an entire month before it launched. This came after a successful closed beta a few weeks prior. Infinity Nikki is actually the fifth in the Nikki franchise, though it’s the first open-world game among them. The others have always been mobile games, and they all follow Nikki and her adventures through a fashion lens.
To celebrate the 10 million downloads, Infinity Nikki gave players 10 Resonite Crystals. These are gacha resources that can be used to pull on the permanent banner. Players can claim these from their Pear-Pal inbox from now until December 31.
Earlier today, Infinity Nikki released a virtual Drone Light Show video on YouTube, which players can view below:
