Today the organizers of Indie Live Expo Winter 2024 have revealed new details about this year’s show, which will air in December.
The livestream will air on December 7, starting at 2:00 a.m. PST, 5:00 a.m. EST, 10:00 a.m. GMT, 11:00 a.m. CET, or 7 p.m. JST depending on where you live. It’ll be broadcast on Twitch, YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), and Steam.
The biannual show, which amassed 70 million cumulative views since its debut in 2020, will feature three segments, each of which will keep us entertained for about an hour. The first, titled “Indie Waves” will include 15-second videos of indie games in quick succession.
The second will be the Indie Spotlight, including plenty of hot indie games like All in Abyss: Judge the Fake, Blade Chimera, Kemono Teatime, Marisa of Liartop Mountain, Noroi Kago: the Grudged Domain, The Great Villainess: Strategy of Lily, Yunyun Syndrome!? Rhythm Psychosis, on top of “multiple world premieres” like the reveal of “Sofia in Exchange for Lies.”
The full lineup will include over 100 games.
The third segment will feature the Indie Live Expo Awards 2024. The nominees are as follows:
