Today, Frozen District just released a massive summer update for its hit architecture simulator, House Flipper 2, titled Pool Party. To celebrate the season, and seven years of the franchise, the patch has added custom pools, Cars, Water Guns, and plenty of quality-of-life features.
For pools, House Flipper 2 Pool Party will now let players create the perfect backyard, allowing them to shape, decorate, and place custom pools wherever they please. Speaking of customization, the new Customization Panel, which is built into the Flipper Gun, streamlines the process of modifying the details of furniture and decoration.
The update also introduced two new co-op gameplay mechanics: Throw Mode and the Water Gun. These mechanics let you launch objects or even a piano at another player, or spray them with water, adding an entirely new layer to multiplayer. As with every new update, there will also be a variety of performance improvements and bug fixes added in to help with stability.
Frozen District revealed they will be celebrating the community alongside the release of Pool Party by introducing the Summer Splash contest. Starting from August 1st at 20:00 CEST until August 31st at 23:59 CEST, players will be tasked with transforming a unique “shell” property, with the winner earning an all-expenses-paid trip for two to Kraków, Poland, as well as an invitation to visit the Frozen District studio.
House Flipper 2 is currently available on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox for $39.99. For more information on this and other updates for the game, like the Halloween-themed Bewitching patch, be sure to check back to Simulation Daily.
